The diverse topography of the region creates a variety of micro-climates, all of which are influenced by a cool climate, continental pattern. This creates ideal conditions for sparkling wine crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pino Blanc (Bianco), as well as Nebbiolo and traditionally inspired Barbera reds.
