Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next business day. -

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over $200, excluding Western Australia and Northern Territory. -
Order Confirmation
Customers will receive an order confirmation via email once their purchase has been successfully placed. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. -
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at hello@bottegadelvino.com.au. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. -
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address change is needed, please contact us immediately before the order is processed.

No Delivery to PO Boxes
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure a valid physical address is provided for shipping.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds for returned shipments will exclude original shipping fees. -
Returns Due to Change of Mind
We do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, if the product or products have been damaged during the delivery process, please contact our customer service team at hello@bottegadelvino.com.au. -
Alcohol Delivery Requirement
If your order contains alcohol, a person 18 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery. The carrier may require valid identification upon delivery to verify age. -
