The Moscato Bianco grape takes its name from Muscum, or musk, a nod to its intensely aromatic nature. This wine entices with a captivating bouquet of honeydew melon, ripe pear, and mandarin orange, all embraced by delicate elderflower. The off-dry palate is light and refreshing, with a gentle spritz that enhances its vibrant character. Crafted for immediate enjoyment, it shines brightest when its aromas are fresh and expressive.

Hand-harvested at peak ripeness, the fruit was chilled, gently pressed, and given brief skin contact to enhance flavor. A slow, cool fermentation preserved its delicate aromatics, halted at the ideal sugar balance. Resting on lees for four months added a soft, creamy texture, while a gentle frizzante ensures freshness and vibrancy.
