Fresh red cherry and Black Forest cake aromas lead into a fleshy, medium to full-bodied palate. Subtle tannins and lively acidity carry through to a bright, energetic finish.

Hand-harvested at optimum ripeness and destemmed without crushing, the fruit underwent a four-day cold soak prior to fermentation. Gentle hand plunging ensured careful extraction of colour and tannin. After 22 days on skins, the wine was pressed at sugar dryness into seasoned French oak barrels and matured undisturbed for 12 months. It was naturally clarified and bottled without fining or filtration to preserve purity and texture.
