Zerella La Gita Arneis 2020

Attractive flinty citrus blossom aromas with hints of spicy pear and almond. Richly textured and full-bodied, this intriguing style focuses on mouthfeel and balance. The finish is fresh, zesty, and enduring.

Hand-harvested at full flavour ripeness, the fruit was gently whole bunch pressed directly to old large-format oak barrels with full press solids. Fermentation proceeded slowly at 15–18ºC and was taken to full dryness. The wine then matured on press and fermentation lees for four months prior to bottling.
