Zerella Market Series 4056 Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Deep scarlet in colour, with lifted aromas of blackberry, olive tapenade, and subtle spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied—rich, round, and plump, yet well-structured—finishing with freshness and vibrancy. A classic McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon, approachable now but built to age gracefully for 7–10 years.

Handpicked and sorted fruit was 100% destemmed and cold soaked for five days in open-topped fermenters. Following fermentation, the wine was hand plunged over 18 days before being pressed to a mix of new (10%) and seasoned French oak barrels for 10 months’ maturation. Bottled with no fining and minimal filtration to preserve character and texture.
