Pale straw colour with translucent clarity and green tints. Floral notes predominate on the nose. The palate is bone dry with searing, natural acidity wrapped around a juicy, citrus infused core. Green apples, lemon curd and limes add further interest and complexity. Cellaring potential at least 20 years.
