A blend of old vine Grenache with Shiraz and Mataro added to provide additional structure, length and cellaring potential. Made in a Joven style, to be enjoyed young with a range of lighter foods or simply on its own. Flavours of dark cherries, red fruits and kitchen spices predominate and have been matched to very subtle French oak influences that round out this very appealing wine. Will improve for a further 3 – 5 years.
