Thorn-Clarke William Randell Shiraz 2019

This deep, inky red wine displays a vibrant bouquet of black cherry, rich plum, and brambles, with hints of five spice and licorice, balanced by integrated oak. The palate is plush and mouth-filling, with dense blackberry, spiced oak, and long, powdery tannins, offering impressive length.

The fruit was crushed into small fermenters and fermented at 25-28°C, with manual pump-overs for tannin control. After fermentation, the wine was aged in 40% new American oak for 18 months. Only the best barrels were selected for blending.
