Tait The Wild Ride SGM 2021

The wine displays a deep burgundy color with ruby red edges. On the nose, it offers abundant aromas of red currant, spicy ripe fruits, and soft vanillin mocha oak. The palate is generous, presenting a mouth-watering medley of succulent varietal flavors.

Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and de-stemmed into open fermenters. Fermentation occurs over 7 days at 24°C, with plunging and/or pumping over three times daily. After fermentation, the wine is pressed using a traditional basket press and matured for 24 months in a mix of older French and American oak barrels.
