Lively purple red colour. Dark cherry on the nose with an intense berry aroma. On the palate it's full bodied with a creamy mid palate and a rich finish.

The grapes are picked when ripe for peak sugar and flavour. They are destemmed into open fermenters and fermented at approx 24°C for 10 days and plunged and pumped twice a day. The wine is then pressed using a basket press. It is then transferred to barrels for malolactic fermentation. It's then racked, returning to barrel 2-3 times over a 24 month period to ensure a clean wine that doesn't need fining or filtration.
