Stumpy Gully Shark Point Pinot Noir 2024

The use of 3–5-year-old Hogsheads enhances the fruit weight on the palate, resulting in a soft, silky texture that carries through to a smooth, lingering finish.

The fruit for this Pinot Noir is carefully selected from the most northern section of our Stumpy Gully Estate vineyards. Predominantly from the MV6 clone, the grapes are harvested and undergo a cold soak prior to a 10-day fermentation on skins. Following fermentation, the wine is pressed into oak Hogsheads, with a selection of 3–5-year-old barrels.
