The consummate South Tyrolean Pinot Bianco - fresh and fruity. Straw yellow colour with a green shimmer, it displays clean, fruity notes of apple, apricot and pear on the nose, with a lively, balanced fruit-incised creaminess on the palate. Store for 4-5 years.
