Stella Bella Otro Vino Kazbar Sauvignon Blanc 2022

This is Sauvignon Blanc, but not like you’ve ever tasted before. It’s a vibrant fusion of delicious fruit, with zesty lime and a touch of lychee, finishing with a hint of musky richness. The wine offers a fantastic texture, with grip and tension, and a luscious, mouth-coating feel. It’s bold, playful, and ready to rock the Kazbar.

Whole berries were fermented naturally in open bins, foot stomped, and then pressed into large, well-seasoned barrels for 3 months of aging. No additives were used throughout the process. For extra mouthfeel, the wine was stirred rather than shaken. It’s unfined, unfiltered, and slightly cloudy, staying true to its natural and rustic style.
