Stella Bella Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Vibrant red with aromas of plum, cherries, cranberries and red currants, intensified by raspberry milk chocolate, cinnamon and subtle star anise. A medium weight wine with red fruits on the palate. Luscious with perfect balance of fine-grained tanin, sweet fruit and subtle oak.

Each batch was vinified separately and a portion of fruit from the Isca vineyard was cold soaked to generate more primary fruit characters and tannin extraction. Fermentation occurred on skins for up to 18 days followed by malolactic fermentation. Maturation occurred in French barriques for 15 months.
