This wine is fruity and zesty, offering an aromatic profile of gooseberry and fresh limes, with subtle tropical hints. On the palate, it bursts with fresh rockmelon and summer herbs, while a touch of sweet green peppercorn adds a unique textural note to the finish, creating a vibrant and refreshing experience.

We harvested from two blocks—one with a more sheltered canopy, contributing purity and vibrant acidity, and the other more exposed, adding generosity to the palate. The grapes were picked early in the morning, with a brief period of skin contact before pressing on arrival at the winery. Clear juice was selected for fermentation, allowing the fruit to shine through. After fermentation, the wine spent a short time on lees in stainless steel to enhance mouthfeel before being transferred to bottle.
