The Pinot Gris was picked early in the morning to preserve freshness and received a brief period of skin contact during transit to the winery. Careful attention was given to the press cut to avoid excessive color and phenolic pickup while still extracting enough body from the skins. After fermentation, a small portion of the wine was aged in oak, while the majority was kept in tank on lees, with regular stirring to enhance texture and complexity.
