Made from Cannonau grapes grown at sea level, with a vine density of 4,000 plants per hectare. The fruit was handpicked in the fourth week of September. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks over 10 days, preserving the varietal character and freshness. The wine was matured in steel to maintain purity of fruit before bottling.
