This wine features aromas of lemon sherbet, quince, green apple, and grapefruit. A residual sugar level of 8.5g/L provides a wonderful depth of flavour and a creamy texture on the palate. A vibrant surge of tangy acidity ensures a clean, lively, and highly memorable finish.

This NV Prosecco is crafted by blending fresh vintage base wine with up to five years of reserve stocks, ensuring consistent complexity and nuanced flavour. Following a slow Charmat method fermentation at 12°C to capture natural CO2, the wine is refined with a final adjustment of expedition liqueur. The result is a balanced, structured sparkling wine bottled under crown seal to preserve its vibrant, fresh character.
