Santa & D'Sas Pattern Moscato

This wine presents a delicate, pale-pink appearance with vibrant aromas of rose petal and white peach. The textured palate features intense notes of musk, spice, and boiled sweets, enlivened by a subtle 'frizzante' effect from retained carbon dioxide. Serve this fresh and lively wine well-chilled to best enjoy its youthful character.

This Moscato was harvested at 12.4° Baumé and cold-settled before being blended with a touch of King Valley Pinot Noir for colour and aromatic depth. Fermented at 12°C in stainless steel, the process was stopped at 6.5% alcohol to retain a natural, lively CO_2 pressure. The wine was then filtered and bottled under pressure to capture its fresh, vibrant, and slightly sparkling character.
