The wine opens with vibrant aromas of orange blossom, lemon zest, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, lively flavors of citrus and rose petal unfold, leading to a crisp, refreshing lemon finish. The mouthfeel is beautifully balanced, with a harmonious interplay between the natural acidity and the fruit weight, offering a clean and satisfying experience.

The fruit was harvested during the cooler nighttime temperatures to maintain freshness, and the free-run juice was kept to avoid harsh phenolic extraction. After being cold settled, the juice was racked and fermented with a neutral yeast to maintain the pure, expressive character of the variety. Minimal intervention and gentle handling throughout the winemaking process resulted in a vibrant, fresh wine that showcases Riesling’s delicate flavors and aromas.
