This Sauvignon Blanc displays a brilliant pale straw color, with a nose that is vibrant and lifted, offering enticing aromas of citrus blossom and gooseberry. On the palate, it delivers fresh, juicy flavors of passionfruit and tropical fruits, balanced by a crisp, herbaceous finish that reflects its cool climate origins.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested at night to maintain cool temperatures and preserve the fruit's flavors and aromatics. The juice was partially wild fermented in oak, while the rest was fermented in stainless steel. After fermentation, the wines were racked off lees to maintain a clean, crisp profile. The final batches were carefully blended before bottling to ensure balance and consistency.
