Les Jamelles Pinot Gris Pays d'Oc 2023

Les Jamelles Pinot Gris presents a floral and fruity nose with aromas of rose, lychee, vineyard peach, lemon, and grapefruit, complemented by hints of white pepper and ginger. On the palate, it is round and refreshing, leading to a smooth raspberry finish.

Our Pinot Gris comes from two terroirs: mid-slope vineyards in the Hérault Valley, adding richness, and the dried-up marsh in Marseillette, where cool, calcareous soils enhance phenolic ripeness and length. The grapes are harvested before dawn, gently pressed, and fermented at low temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is quickly racked to preserve its delicate character.
