The wine shows a ruby red colour. On the palate, savoury sensations highlight its defining characteristics: warm, embracing and pleasant, with just the right acidity to make it an easy and enjoyable drink.

Crafted using traditional methods, this wine reflects the same careful approach applied to all wines from the winery. The correct dosages of each blending variety are selected to maintain freshness and highlight the typical features, ensured by the indigenous origin of all grapes. Fermentation is temperature-controlled, with maceration lasting from 10 to 15 days. Maturation takes place exclusively in stainless steel vats. The different varieties are blended only just before bottling.
