Pelissero Barbaresco Nubiola DOCG 2019

Intense ruby red in colour, this Barbaresco opens with floral and fruity aromas, ranging from ripe red fruit to hints of herbal notes. The palate is soft, savoury and velvety, showing a touch of sweetness and roundness from fully ripe grapes. It finishes slightly dry and astringent.

Made from 100% Nebbiolo, this traditional Barbaresco is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures with automated lees stirring. It’s aged for 22 months in a mix of barriques and 50 hL oak casks, with proportions adjusted by vintage to best express the variety. After 12 months in bottle, the wine is released.
