This lovely Riesling opens with delicate aromas of citrus blossom, leading to zesty lime and grapefruit flavors on the palate. Its soft acids and textured mouthfeel are complemented by great minerality from extended lees contact. Aromatics of lemon zest, cumquat, and fresh white flowers blend seamlessly with flavors of lime, talc, and slate.
