Michelini Wines Estate Prosecco

The wine has a very pale yellow color with silver flecks. The aroma is a subtle blend of tropical, herbaceous, and confectionery notes. On the palate, a fine, mouth-filling mousse carries bright, refreshing fruit characters, leading to a long, moreish finish.

The grapes are grown on our ultra-cool vineyards and harvested early to preserve freshness. The wine is produced using the Charmat method on yeast lees, and a small amount of sugar is dosed to enhance fruitiness and promote a lively character.
