Les Jamelles Syrah features a deep color and syrupy consistency. Its aromas of wild fruits (raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant) and floral notes (violet) blend harmoniously with spices, vanilla, cinnamon, and a touch of mint. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with a touch of minerality and a long, silky finish. The wine offers rare complexity, with a lasting hint of liquorice.

Les Jamelles Syrah is crafted from grapes sourced from four terroirs, including the Orb Valley (complexity and richness), Montagne d'Alaric (roundness), central Corbières (spice), and the foothills of Montagne Noire (freshness). The wine is made using the "la cocotte" method, which gently extracts tannins and color, creating velvety tannins and good concentration. A portion is oak-aged, adding a touch of spice that enhances the Syrah.
