Les Jamelles Sauvignon Blanc blends grapes from five unique terroirs, offering freshness, minerality, and complexity. Grapes are harvested early, pressed quickly, and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees with no malolactic fermentation, ensuring a crisp, vibrant character.
