Bright medium straw in colour. Classic regional lime juice aromas with lemon and fragrant jasmine. The palate, being spicy and flavoursome, balances its exceptional body and weight with a clean and complex long line of acid.

The Single Vineyard Collection represents the pinnacle of Hungerford Hill’s winemaking. Grapes were hand-harvested in late January, selected for balanced acidity and fruit intensity. After chilling, the fruit was gently pressed to preserve aromatics, and fermentation occurred in stainless steel at low temperatures to highlight citrus, lime, and lemongrass notes. This method ensures a crisp, clean profile with freshness that will evolve beautifully with long-term cellaring.
