Giorgio Meletti Cavallari Bolgheri Rosato DOC 2025

This wine displays a bright peony pink color in the glass. On the nose, it opens with an intense and rich aroma featuring fragrant notes of fresh red fruits—particularly wild strawberries and raspberries—beautifully blended with floral hints of fresh red roses.

The grapes undergo a soft pressing with cooling in order to obtain a natural decanting of the must, which is followed by a dregs removal and completed with an alcoholic fermentation using selected yeasts at controlled temperatures. Aging for 4/5 months in steel vats. Refinement for 2/3 months in bottles.
