Durvillea Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Pale lemon-straw with green highlights. The aroma has hints of lime zest, gooseberry, fresh herbs and lemon grass. The palate is medium-bodied with white stone fruit, gooseberry and lime flavours, mineral texture and long, crisp and clean finish.

Grapes were harvested in cool evening conditions, de-stemmed and lightly pressed with minimal skin contact. The juice was fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperature to retain freshness.
