Crafted from only the finer free-run juice, including 40% handpicked whole-cluster pressing, this wine was fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve its aromatic purity. A minimal-intervention approach using neutral yeasts ensures the vibrant vineyard character remains the hero. The result is a clean, balanced expression featuring a sophisticated weight and a refined mineral finish.
