Donnafugata Dolce & Gabbana Cuor di Lava Etna Rosso DOC 2020

Cuordilava 2020 is a ruby red wine with a bouquet of spicy notes, complemented by fruity hints of wild strawberries and plums, along with floral nuances of violets and forest floor. The palate is broad and deep, featuring well-integrated tannins and elegant minerality. Its long, persistent finish highlights the wine's extraordinary volcanic personality.

Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes are sorted on a vibrating table and only the perfectly intact, ripe grapes are selected through a destemmer. Fermentation takes place in steel with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days at 25°C (77°F). The wine is then aged for over a year in French oak barrels and spends more than two years in bottle before being released.
