Donnafugata Anthilia Sicilia DOC Bianco

Anthìlia 2023 has a vibrant yellow straw color. On the nose, it presents a fresh and fragrant bouquet, featuring notes of white pulp fruit, complemented by delicate hints of wildflowers. On the palate, the prominent fruity character is balanced by a pleasant freshness. The finish is smooth and persistent, leaving a lasting impression.

The grapes were harvested between August and September, with international varieties picked first and native varieties like Lucido (Catarratto) harvested from mid-August. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14-16°C (57-61°F) and aged in tanks for two months. It then spent at least two months in bottles before being released.
