Dei Principi di Spadafora Principe N Nero D'Avola Terre Siciliane IGP 2022

An organically produced Nero d'Avola with a ruby red colour, an aromatic and enveolping wild berry bouquet and soft tannins on the palate.

Spontaneous fermentation on a pied de cuve of Spadafora grapes, without sulfur dioxide, in cement vats for approx. 8 days of termperature contolled maceration. The wine was then aged for 12 months in cement vats and 4 months in the bottle.
