Chard Farm Mata-Au Pinot Noir 2022

Deliciously perfumed with aromas of cherry, cranberry, and violet, this Pinot Noir shows purity and freshness on the palate. Flavours of red cherry and strawberry unfold across an open, expansive mouthfeel, supported by silky tannins and a long, savoury finish.

This Pinot Noir is sourced from select blocks in Valli’s Lowburn and Parkburn vineyards, planted on the schist-based alluvial terraces of the Mata-Au (Clutha) River. The mild continental climate and unique soils produce a perfumed wine with succulent red fruits, silky tannins, and refined mineral length.
