The palate is energetic and fresh-fruited, with a creamy edge carrying notes of yellow citrus, nectarine, and pineapple. Vibrant and expressive, it finishes long with a subtle hint of salinity.

The fruit is grown throughout the Central Otago region, showcasing the area's naturally elegant fruit flavors and mineral complexity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its vibrant character, the wine then rests on its yeast lees, developing subtle doughy complexity and a softer texture. This refreshing, full-bodied wine is unencumbered by oak, making it a superb companion to food.
