Bremley Pinot Noir 2024

The nose is filled with mulberry and bright red cherry aromas, subtly enhanced by toasty oak. The lively palate features a core of blackberry fruit, complemented by a medley of forest fruits. Ripe tannins and pleasing acidity ground the lifted fruit expression, offering balance and structure. This is a captivating, approachable Pinot Noir in its youth, with the potential for excellent development in the cellar over the medium to long term.

The fruit was 100% de-stemmed and left on skins for 20 days to extract flavor and structure. Wild malolactic fermentation occurred with XR Grand Rouge yeast, followed by gentle extraction. The wine matured for 9 months in French oak puncheons, allowing for smooth integration of oak and complex flavor development.
