Bremley Pinot Blanc 2023

This wine presents fresh and lively aromatics of green apple, vintage rosehip, and a hint of sherbet. The palate opens with vibrant nectarine flavors, followed by a blend of other stone fruits. A crunchy texture adds balance and depth, leading to a finish with hints of grapefruit and cooking apple. A refreshing, aromatic wine with great energy and freshness.

The fruit was hand-picked and chilled overnight in the cool room before being whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel using champagne yeast, with the wine then maturing on yeast lees to enhance texture and complexity. After maturation, the wine was filtered and bottled, preserving its freshness and vibrant character.
