Bremley Gamay 2023

Deep garnet in color, this Gamay is full-bodied and rich. Aromas of dark plums rise from the glass, accompanied by a creamy roundness and a hint of spice. The palate is enveloped with dark, rich fruit, showcasing a harmonious blend of fruit, spice, and oak. The finish is clean and refreshed, with just enough acidity to provide balance and lift.

The fruit, 100% Gamay, was de-stemmed and spent 15 days on skins to extract flavor and structure. Fermentation was carried out with XR Grand Rouge yeast. The wine matured for 8 months, with 50% in 6-year-old François Frères puncheons and 50% in stainless steel, offering a balance of oak influence and freshness.
