Bremley Chardonnay 2024

A vibrant blend of citrus and stone fruit aromas, with elegant oak adding creamy richness. White peach and melon dominate the palate, supported by a firm citrus backbone that provides great length and lift. A Chardonnay of exceptional purity and allure.

The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and settled overnight before being racked to barrel for fermentation. 50% of the wine underwent wild malolactic fermentation, with the remainder undergoing wild fermentation. The wine matured for 8 months in 40% new French oak, allowing for integrated complexity and subtle oak influence.
