Braida Bricco dell'Uccellone Barbera d'Asti DOCG 2020

Very deep ruby red colour with garnet highlights. Rich and
com plex bouquet with outstanding concentration and
density; scents of red berries and forest fruits are
particularly evident, with a background of m inty spices,
vanilla and liquorice. Generous flavour with excellent body
and rem arkable structure, a perfect com bination of the
characteristics of the grape and the contribution of wood,
resulting in refined smoothness and class, with a very long
arom atic persistence

Temperature controlled maceration on skins lasts 20 days.
The wine is then transferred to oak barriques where it ages
for 12 months, before ageing for another 12 months in the
bottle.
