Borgo Salcetino Chianti Classico DOCG 2022

Garnet red in color, this wine offers an intense nose with aromas of raspberries and cherries. On the palate, it is fruity and full-bodied, with velvety tannins that provide a smooth and balanced finish.

Hand-harvested grapes are gently destemmed and fermented on the skins at 23°C for twenty-two days. Malolactic fermentation in wood adds roundness and complexity. The wine is then assembled, bottled, and refined further in bottle before release.
