Bertani Vintage Edition Secco Verona IGT 2021

This wine showcases a ruby color with garnet reflections and offers an aromatic bouquet of intense fruit jam and spice notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and rich, delivering a complex and lasting flavor experience.

The grapes are sourced from the Valpantena area, where the marl-limestone soil is rich in iron. Vines, averaging 20 years old, are farmed using the Guyot system. After fermentation, the wine matures for 18 months in traditional 750-liter Veronese barrels made of chestnut and cherry wood. It is then refined in bottle for 6 months, allowing for a balanced and refined expression of the terroir.
