Bellavista Uccellanda Curtefranca Bianco DOC Chardonnay

It's colour is yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet is balanced with hints of golden delicious apples, quince and ripe fruit. The taste is full of elegance, smoothness and structure. Very persistent and with an aromatic quality reminiscent of quality silk fabrics.

The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, after a careful selection of the plant. The must ferments and then matures for twelve months. Bottled in spring after harvest, it is left to rest for six months in the bottle. From their combination comes a Curtefranca white. The production method is the typical for white wines. The musts ferment and mature in small oak casks for the time required to achieve a perfect stability of taste and scent.
