Spuma Nera, once known as "dark Spuma," is the original version of chinotto. We’ve returned to the traditional recipe, blending chinotto (a myrtle-leaf orange drink) with rhubarb root, orange zest, and a vanilla infusion. Like all Baladin soft drinks, Spuma Nera is 100% natural, with no added colorings or preservatives. The result is a smooth, slightly bitter drink with complex citrus and herbal notes, offering a refreshing and authentic taste.
