Auntsfield Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2022

Deep red in colour this Pinot Noir has splendidly fruited aromas, the immensely complex bouquet reveals Black Doris plum and dark cherry. The palate exhibits outstanding concentration and persistency, superbly complemented by silky texture and velvety tannins.

Made with a minimalist philosophy, and designed to enable the characteristics of the grapes and the vineyard. Grapes were hand-harvested and hand-sorted, gently destemmed and gravity-fed to tank. Fermented with indigenous and cultured yeasts, hand plunging used to gently extract flavours and tannins from the skins. Matured over approximately 10 months.
