This wine features aromas of fresh passionfruit, lemongrass, and lime, this wine offers an intense sensory experience from the first pour. The palate is generous and concentrated, layering ripe guava and stone fruit with a refined mineral backbone and a bright, zesty mandarin finish. Perfectly balanced and elegant, it is the ultimate expression of pure, cool-climate tropical fruit.

Picked during cool evenings and gently pressed. Additives were kept to a minimum to make this Organic wine. Fermentation occurred at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks w to retain the fresh varietal aromatics. After fermentation, the wine underwent an extended period of lees contact, contributing to the length, weight and complexity which this hand-crafted wine displays.
