Astoria Fashion Victim Moscato NV

The perlage is minute and persistent. The colour is a pale pink with an elegant aroma that's also fruity, floral and rich. The taste has characteristicly, pleasantly mouth-fillng and balanced.

The Moscato grape is grown on Astoria’s ‘Val de Brun” estate. Off-the-skin vinification and storage of the must inside low-temperature thermostat containers help preserve the deep and delicate Muscat aroma. Second fermentation of the must inside autoclaves at a constant low temperature enhances the characteristics of the base wine.
